Group Counseling
Gaining access to mental health services should never be difficult. Our daily group therapy sessions are offered multiple times a week and led by licensed counselors and therapists.
Yoga & Wellness
In addition to our Health Programs and Counseling, we also offer daily yoga and meditation classes in collaboration with Sankofa Yoga.
